Featuring 106 independent rubber fingers, this machine is designed to efficiently and effectively remove feathers from birds.

Delivering powerful and quick defeathering, the TIRGAT chicken plucker machine is equipped with 106 rubber fingers and a 20" barrel. It can rapidly remove feathers in just 10-30 seconds, while gently cleaning dirt from the skin of birds. Capable of plucking 1 to 2 chickens at a time, it is recommended to pluck one at a time to avoid over-bruising the meat.

Easy to operate and move, simply soak the slaughtered chickens in hot water at 75-80 degrees Celsius for 2-3 minutes before placing them into the chicken plucker machine. Once the power is turned on, the feather removal process can be completed in approximately 30 seconds. The machine is equipped with four flexible wheels for easy maneuverability.
